Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or CompetenciesExcellent communications skills and attention to detail. Microsoft office and Outlook proficiency. (PowerPoint and Excel expertise critical.) Salesforce.com and marketing experience preferred. Ability to be creative and flexible day-to-day with shifting priorities.

Duties/Responsibilities Duties/ResponsibilitiesCommunications:
Provide administrative support for proposal development, presentation development, SOW drafts, content customization, and lead development and conversion activities
Support scheduling of faculty and other instructors for client engagements
Oversee regular posts on Exec Ed LinkedIn page
Maintain department events calendar and keep team updated
Attend meetings with OMC to help with maintaining brand strategies, select and order client gifts, etc.

Conduct research activities for meeting preparation – profiles on companies and executives, UGA alumni involvement and other leadership or background information
Conduct research on resources available to enhance programs (case studies, simulations, online activities, etc.) and pricing information to support budgeting for new programs
Maintain catalogues of resources and instructors by topic (One page module descriptions, info sheets, etc.) Maintain target lists of executives for various programs, and integrate with Salesforce and Ungerboeck software as appropriate

Prepare gifts for meetings, take notes, facilitate follow up messages/thank yous
