Campus Support Assistant (Paulding)

Job description

Job Summary

This position provides customer service support for all areas of the institution and serves as the initial point of contact for the campus/site.


  • Greets visitors; answers telephone, provides information and refers to appropriate personnel for more complex assistance;
  • Provides support to instructional site faculty through supply management, class cancellations, location change notices, and AV assistance
  • Acts as a central referral resource, providing basic information and assistance regarding the college
  • Distributes incoming and outgoing mail
  • Performs cashiering duties; receives and processes payments; prepares daily financial reports; and serves as instructional site custodian for petty cash
  • Takes photos and processes student ID cards
  • This role is designed by the institution as a Position of Trust
  • Receives and screens enrollment documentation
  • Monitors and responds to the 411 Ticketing System
  • Assists students with general computer and printer issues and resetting personal identification numbers and passwords
  • Escorts students to appropriate offices
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Associate‚Äôs degree and one to three years of related service.
  • Ability to obtain status as notary.

Proposed Salary

$13.47/hour ($28,000 annually)
