To serve as instructor for the College, including duties of teaching, developing materials, advising students, and providing assistance to the administration through committees and other activities.Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree in the teaching discipline, or an associate's degree and provide demonstrated competencies in the discipline/field (examples include work experience, licensure, certification, honors and awards, continuing education, continuous documented excellence in teaching and other demonstrated competencies and achievements that contribute to effective teaching and positive student learning outcomes).Additional Comments
The teaching environment includes classroom and lab, requiring local travel to business/industry and community campuses and some short term travel may be required for professional meetings. Professional Development may require some overnight stays. Teaching locations include partner High Schools, State, Federal and Juvenile Correction facilities, community campuses, and industry partners.
