Assists as needed with basic accounting duties such as spreadsheets and assists faculty with budgeting questions. Provides assistance as needed for Executive Assistant.

Participates in training workshops as required.

Minimum Experience/Education

High School Diploma/GED

Departmental Required Skills

Attention to detail, strong work ethic, team attitude, good communication skills, integrity, positive attitude, respect for different beliefs, excel proficiency.

Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/Education

Accounting experience, Peoplesoft experience.
