Position Summary:

This position will manage the Saffron Cafe and Robin's Nest Coffee House. Duties includes hiring and scheduling of staff, ordering food beverages and supplies, monitoring budget and providing customer sales and service according to quality food, sanitation, production and services standards. Annual projected sales total $308,000 with 63,000 customer base.

Physical ability to sit, stand, stoop and walk for 6-7 hours of a shift.
Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50# several times per week.

Relevant Work Experience:
-One year experience in retail industry or convenience store.
-Experience with cash handling and operating point of sale.
-Experience with stocking, merchandising and ordering store products.
-Experience with hiring and guiding staff.
-Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word

In achievement and prestige, the University of Wisconsin–Madison has long been recognized as one of America's great universities.
