Provide ID Card support and low voltage technical support campus wide. Must have good customer service and technical skills. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8 am – 5pm. Maximum 20 hours per week.

Work at the one-stop office.
Provide Technical Support, you’ll resolve complex problems for campus faculty, staff and students and give them technical guidance in applying hardware and software systems. Learn to provide such services as installation, configuration, troubleshooting and access training.

Other Information

Student worker must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and hours between 7:30 am and 10:30 pm. Job requires the student worker to be reliable and on time to work as scheduled.

Student workers will work at computer labs, help desk call center and at One-Stop. Monday thru Sunday, 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. maximum 20 hours per week
