Administrative Assistant Testing

Job description

Job Summary

This position provides administrative support for Georgia Highlands College testing services. The employee will work 29 hours per week.

 

Responsibilities

  • Performs general clerical duties, including customer service, such as answering phone, fielding questions, filing, etc.
  • Assists in ordering and maintaining testing supplies for each testing location
  • Assists in maintaining computer testing systems for staffing and testing schedules, such as Banner, Register Blast, Score, and LibStaffer
  • Assists with gathering and maintaining statistics
  • Performs regular proctor duties
  • Travels between Paulding and Douglasville testing locations, primarily, but possibly will travel to other testing locations as needed
  • Performs related duties

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or higher

Proposed Salary

$13.97/hour
