Summary

The Budget & Administrative Coordinator will provide administration and operational support within Campus Recreation.  The Budget & Administrative Coordinator is responsible for processing and reconciling all budget activities within all assigned accounts.  This includes processing and maintaining all receivables and reports, processing refunds, tracking and processing deposits, and tracking usage and income reports for all special contract users.  The Budget & Administrative Coordinator will also serve as administrative support to the Director of Campus Recreation.  In addition, this position will serve as a key member of the Facilities team, assisting with property management and facility operations logistics. The position works in collaboration with a Sr. Program Coordinator and is a direct report to the Associate Director of Facilities.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience in procurement or purchasing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working within a university setting.
