Location: New Orleans, LA

Summary

The Senior Administrative Program Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of the all Graduate Medical Education (GME) activities within the Section of General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics (GIMGER).  The position will be responsible for the coordination of program recruitment, orientation, graduation activities, onboarding and credentialing, evaluations, lecture series, and all ACGME required reporting requirements.  The position will assist GIMGER with daily operations at the direction of Program Directors and Sr. Section Administrator.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of secretarial/administrative experience
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Four years of secretarial/administrative experience
  • Experience working in a residency or fellowship program, university, or health care environment.
