Description:

The Department of Physiology & Biophysics at the University of Washington announces a search for a full-time faculty member at the assistant professor (tenure track) with a 12-month service period with an anticipated start date of January 1, 2020. We seek an individual with scholarly achievements and research interests in cardiovascular and/or neurovascular physiology. The individual will be expected to maintain a vigorous research program and participate in the teaching and educational activities of the department. All University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service.

Qualifications:

Requires an MD or PhD in a related field, or foreign equivalent; MD/PhD is also acceptable. Candidates must have scholarly achievements and research interests in cardiovascular and/or neurovascular physiology, as documented by published research in the field.
