Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor Health Care and Nursing Informatics

Department Description:

The Hahn School of Nursing and Health Science is a community of progressive scholars in an intellectually rigorous, research intensive environment. Detailed Description:

The Health Care and Nursing Informatics program tracts prepare students to enter the field of health care and nursing informatics. The degree tracts include an MS in Health Care Informatics and an MSN and DNP tract in Nursing Informatics. This full time Faculty position requires the individual to participate in course development, function as instructor in assigned courses, act as course lead, and assist in student development for the health care informatics work force. Recent health care informatics experience is required including prior teaching experience in a college or university setting. This is a non-tenure track position. The initial appointment is for one year with the possibility of renewal based on performance, department needs, and funding.


Job Requirements:

Earned doctoral degree in nursing or related health care discipline such as: PhD, DNP, PharmD or MD. Relevant health care informatics work experience and recent teaching experience for both online and on ground settings.

Background check: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
