This is the lead administrative support position for the Southwest District of UGA Cooperative Extension. It performs administrative and support duties with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgement. It serves as office manager and frequently interprets written policies and procedures and explains them to others. It often deals with highly confidential issues and uses discretion effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

Working knowledge of office practices, procedures.
Ability to use discretion with confidential information. Use independent judgement and work under extremely limited supervision.
Supervisory skills, excellent organizational and analytical skills.
