Major ResponsibilitiesProvides assistance in answering questions about library services and technology support for walk-ins, phone, and email. Responsibilities may include opening and closing the library, resolving security and safety issues and carrying out proper procedures in the event of an emergency. Provide supervision of evening and weekend students. May include evenings, weekends, and daytime hours. Participate in library-wide programs.
Functional and Supervisory RelationshipsReports to the Coordinator for Circulation Help.
Required QualificationsAssociate’s degree.
At least one year’s experience in a customer services environment.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree.
Experience working in a library environment.
