Uses a variety of resources to research the identity of donors and their relationships, with mindfulness of the tax, donor stewardship and reporting implications of their work.

Reviews, proofreads and analyzes data for accuracy, logic and relevance. Reconciles financial data in a variety of formats, to ensure cohesive bookkeeping with the accounting database. Creates and updates records, gifts, pledges, memberships, and event registrations. Scans gift documentation. Communicates directly with donors via phone and email to clarify gift information.

Maintains information in a variety of formats including network files and digital documents. Uses a variety of resources for research and problem-solving purposes. Uses resources to track history of the problem area to determine the cause and develop a solution that will address the current issue, prevent similar problems, and improve system functioning. Works closely with a team to verify accuracy of work and prioritize workflow needs.

Protects confidential information.Qualifications High school diploma/equivalency and two years of experience working in a fiscal environment; or coursework in a Financial or Accounting major or relevant BA. (Note: higher related education can substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)

Experience with data entry.

Proficiency with a variety of software applications to include Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook or equivalent software, and Web navigation.

Ability to understand complex concepts, have the capacity to process a large and diverse volume of data with a high level of accuracy, have an aptitude for understanding how information and business rules are structured; and have strong math and language skill to include spelling and grammar.

Possess good organizational, administrative and communication skills to include verbal and written proficiency as well as be customer service oriented and have an effective interpersonal approach.

Must occasionally exert up to 20 lbs. of force and frequently up to 10 lbs. of force to move objects.

A valid Florida or Georgia driver's license is required as incumbents will be required to attend meetings both on and off campus.Preferred Previous experience with Blackbaud CRM is a plus.Pay Plan This is an OPS/temporary Job.Schedule Expected daily schedule flexible, between 8:00AM-5:00PM. We are hiring for two OPS positions and each will work 20 hours a week.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
