Open House Dates: - Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 9:00AM - 2:00PM. - Thursday, October 24, 2019 from 9:00AM - 2:00PM. (30 minutes appointments; additional dates and times may be available.) Compensation:
$17.92 - $24.00/hour, depending on the position and your experience level, plus vacation, sick, holiday pay, medical coverage and development opportunities.

Common administrative position titles include but are not limited to Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Event Specialist, Financial Service Analyst, Student Services Specialist, Faculty Assistant, Development Assistant.
Administrative requirements typically include:
Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex calendars for executives.
Experience with domestic and international travel arrangements, including coordinating with travel agencies to fulfill required travel agendas, researching and utilizing most effective and economical options, and coordinating reimbursement procedures.
Experience in the planning, coordination, and execution of various types and sizes of meetings and events, including skill and experience in working within a budget; negotiating with vendors and service providers to secure venues and catering options.
Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and various email, database and desktop publishing programs.
Proven ability to work in an interactive environment and possess excellent customer service skills both in person and over phone.
Common medical administrative position titles include but are not limited to Medical Administrative Assistant, Patient Biller, Insurance Authorization Specialist, Research Assistant, Scheduling Coordinator, and Receptionist/Front Desk Support.
Medical Administrative requirements typically include:
Broad range of knowledge in EPIC, Cadence, PCIS, ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS, and RVS coding and pricing, and fee schedule principles.
Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge in self-pay collections, third party carrier billing guidelines, commercial insurance/contracts, HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medi-Cal, CHAMPUS-TRICARE, CMS, GHPP, and CCS billing
Must have experience and knowledge of using billing software and electronic health record systems
Advanced knowledge of patient scheduling.
Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance verification and authorization.
Previous directly related experience in a large complex healthcare setting.
Hire is contingent upon positive reference check results and background check clearance.
Skills assessment testing may be administered.
