This position is responsible for the programmatic coordination of medical student services events and activities. Responsibilities include the planning and implementation of large-scale annual events as well as frequent and ongoing smaller scale events such as career advising workshops and student wellness activities, among others. Responsibilities are broad in scope and the individual must have the ability to problem-solve, to work independently as well as collaboratively, and to communicate effectively. This position requires an individual who can exercise considerable initiative, diplomacy, and independent judgment and who can manage short-term and long-term projects with minimal supervision. This position collaborates with staff and faculty in the MD Admissions unit and the Medical Education Office to support the programs shared with the Student Services unit. The position reports to the Director of Student Services and serves as a member of the cross-unit operations training team under the guidance of the Administrator for Medical Student Education & Services.

Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
1-2 years experience in an education setting is required;
preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a student services or student affairs office.
Additionally, experience with educational programming support and/or event planning and coordination is preferred.
