Job Details
Provide weekend evening transportation service for students during the academic year.
Possession of a valid state driver’s license for a minimum of three years is required.
Competent driving skills and a clean driving record are required.
Must be eligible to attend the Middlebury College Defensive Driving training course and successfully complete a driving orientation to obtain a Middlebury College driver’s license.
Must be able to safely operate a 15 passenger van, and ADA lift, after dark and in various weather conditions.
Documentation of trip origins, destinations and number of passengers transported is required.
Must be able to communicate with dispatch via a portable radio.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
The ability to deal with difficult people effectively and appropriately is required.
