Director, Campaign Planning - Georgetown University's Office of Advancement

Located in a historic neighborhood in the nation's capital, Georgetown offers rigorous academic programs, a global perspective, exciting ways to take advantage of Washington, D.C., and a commitment to social justice. Our community is a tight knit group of remarkable individuals interested in intellectual inquiry and making a difference in the world.

The Office of Advancement supports the mission of Georgetown University, its faculty, and students by developing relationships with key constituencies, connecting with alumni, and working with donors to help them know and understand opportunities for partnership with the university.

University Development is an organization that strives to grow and strengthen Georgetown's philanthropic community by identifying and qualifying new prospective donors, volunteers, and connectors, and developing individualized pipelines for each division in university advancement. It provides the meaningful giving and engagement opportunities to carry alumni and parents from a disengaged status to consistent annual, major, principal, and planned gift supporters of the University.

University Development has historically been responsible for almost three-quarters of the University's total campaign goal, including the Main Campus academic units (Georgetown College, Walsh School of Foreign Service, McDonough School of Business, Lauinger Library, Student Affairs) and the Athletics and Mission & Ministry development programs in addition to the 1789 Scholarship Imperative, the Special Gifts program (Reunions, Parents, Students and Young Alumni) and the Regional Advancement program for Georgetown's top markets.
