    PURPOSE

    We aim to create compelling lead-generation journeys with captivating brand stories. Life Chiropractic College West is looking for a fierce Marketing Demand Generation PM for lead generation who is a digital marketing advertising and SEO/SEM/GDN expert, is passionate about planning and building digital engagement and customer journeys, and thrives on working on complex projects in a fun but fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders and the marketing team to conceptualize and build brand marketing multi-channel campaigns. You will help ensure that campaigns are compelling across all channels and are consistent with the brand aesthetic and will drive awareness, engagement, and conversion through a data-driven approach. You will keep up with best practices and maintain knowledge of the latest tactics and technologies, our audiences, and the competitive landscape. Advanced knowledge of AdWorks, AdRoll, Google Analytics, Display/Adwords, keywords, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media ad management, and key advertising, messaging, and lead-generation principles are essential to this role.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Conceptualize, plan, collaborate, and build innovative, multi-channel lead generation and nurture campaigns that focus on awareness, amplification, activation, conversion, and delighting our audiences by leveraging AdWorks, AdRoll, Hubspot, social media, and the Google Search and Display Network:

      • AdRoll, AdWorks

      • Google Adwords, SEO, SEM, PPC

      • Google Display ad management

      • Social media ad management

    • Handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment without sacrificing quality.

    • Innovate, develop, test, and refine tactics based on research, insights, and best practices.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the company to deliver best-in-class campaigns including but not limited to

      • Admissions and Recruitment teams to drive enrollment inquiries

      • Institutional Advancement to maximize event attendance and giving programs

      • the President’s Office to expand brand positioning and name recognition

    • Stay on top of industry trends and share them with the team.

    • Learn the needs of the business and influence what we do.

    • Weekly reporting to include

      • campaign updates with insight summary and recommendations based on lessons learned and deep data analysis

      • KPI and ROI tracking

  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

    • BFA or BA in Digital Marketing, Digital Advertising or work-experience equivalent.

    • At least 2 - 3 years of working with a top-notch digital marketing platform, preferably Hubspot

    • At least 2 - 3 years of managing paid digital campaigns

    • Have lead multi-channel campaigns from conception to completion

    • Google Certified

    • Have the curiosity and creativity to test new ideas and be passionate about innovating to improve business results

    • Have an innate sense of human behavior and what attracts engagement

    • Have B2C experience

    • Proven track record for getting results

    • Must have a sophisticated sense of layout and typography with astute attention to detail

    • Have strong organizational skills

    • A self-starter who has a strong work ethic and works well independently

    • Slick ad copywriting skills is a MUST-have

      PREFERRED QUAIFICATIONS

    • Experience with digital design for email, mobile, and web

    • App and Web UX/UI experience preferred

    • Knowledge and experience of WordPress

    • Experience and understanding of HTML/CSS

    • Agency experience a plus

    • Hubspot or other marketing platform experience

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    • Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment.

    • Must be able to lift 25 lbs., retrieving and placing materials on high shelves and on floor-level shelves; standing, walking, carrying, grasping, hearing, seeing, sitting, kneeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and reaching.

      WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Work performed in a general office environment.
