Job Description:
Applications are invited to apply for an Adjunct Professor in the Department of English, Humanities, and the Arts, to teach courses in motion graphics. The course is taught primarily using AfterEffects; candidate must be proficient in the platform. Other duties include holding office hours and communicating with department faculty. In the Spring 2020 semester, 2 sections of the course will be offered. One on Monday/Wednesday evenings 5-7:30 pm, a second on Tuesday/Thursday evenings 5-7:30 pm.
Requirements:
Candidates should have a BFA in Graphic Design or related area and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in their discipline. An MFA and/or higher education teaching experience is preferred. Candidates will demonstrate excellence and experience in their field. Additionally, it is highly desired that candidates have experience teaching in an online format.
