Thompson Coburn is seeking an experienced attorney possessing 7-12 years’ experience working with public or private universities to join one of our Chicago, Washington D.C. or St. Louis offices. This position counsels and represents higher education clients on a wide variety of legal matters including policy development, legal and regulatory compliance, and drafting and negotiating agreements.

Candidates must have exceptional academic achievement, excellent analytical and writing skills, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to function independently and in a collaborative setting. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to Title IV, Title IX and policy review.
