DescriptionThe Department of Mathematics at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) invites applications for a full time instructor with benefits starting August 2020. Duties include teaching twenty-four semester credit hours per academic year (typically 6-8 courses at lower and upper undergraduate level), along with service in support of departmental goals in undergraduate education. The academic year salary for this position is $45,750. Summer teaching may be available for additional pay.

The minimum qualification for this position is a Master's degree in mathematics or a closely related field. The degree must be awarded by the start date of the appointment (August 2020). Preferred qualifications are a PhD in mathematics or a closely related field and experience teaching in the field.
