Responsible for videoconference and lecture capture systems. Troubleshoots and supports all equipment within technology enhanced classrooms, equipment rooms, and other spaces while maintaining maximum uptime for all A/V equipment. Coordinate warranty and non-warranty repairs.

Oversees all A/V and production needs for events at the College of Law, both on and off campus. Ensures timely and accurate setup of audio and video equipment, to include setup and monitoring of multiple microphones, amplifiers, audio boards, and/or video projection equipment as needed.

Provides instruction to College of Law staff, faculty, and students on A/V equipment use in classrooms. Assists the AV Systems Manager with the production of videos for a variety of uses, including live and online course lectures, special events (live streamed and/or recorded), promotional purposes or for internal distribution within the law school. This requires high-quality lecture capture in the law school's recording studio or in the classroom through remote operation of PTZ cameras and built-in classroom microphones from a master control room. Recording in other locations off campus may be required.

Assists the IT Office with supporting faculty, staff, and students with computer or network issues as needed, to include administration and troubleshooting of exam software during final exam periods. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of OPS positions. Arranges work schedules, approves time entry and provides ongoing feedback on performance. Creates and maintains documentation and procedures on all A/V systems and procedures.Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two years of experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years is required.

Must be able to interact professionally with all constituents and explain technology clearly to end users. Must have familiarity with video recording and production, instructional technology, and/or A/V systems design and installation.Preferred A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is required, in addition to a minimum two years experience in video recording and production, instructional technology, and/or A/V systems design and installation.Anticipated Salary Range Anticipated salary range of $39,000-$42,000 depending on experience.Pay Plan This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.Criminal Background Check This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
