Requisition Number:21350Location: Boulder, Colorado Employment Type:Research FacultySchedule:Full-Time Close All Job SummaryThe University of Colorado High Energy Physics Theory group is searching for a research associate ("post-doctoral researcher") in all fields of HEP theory, including lattice field theory. The candidate will be expected to carry out research in HEP theory in collaboration with members of the group, with others, or independently. Who We AreThe High Energy Physics Group at the University of Colorado conducts a variety of experimental and theoretical high energy physics research. The major research areas of the theory group include lattice gauge theory (mostly about strongly coupled systems potentially appropriate to dark matter or to beyond-standard model phenomenology) and string theory and quantum gravity (mostly about the AdS/CFT correspondence). https://www.colorado.edu/physics/research/high-energy-physicsWhat We Can OfferSalary will be commensurate with experience.
