Information Technology Services. The Customer Relationship Analyst provides desktop computer support for hardware, software, peripherals, and services across Windows and Apple operating systems. Consults and trains cross-functional University team members to keep systems running smoothly across campus.

Essential Functions

•Installs and configures both PC and Apple computers across the University.
•Troubleshoots computer and technology system issues.
•Documents, tracks, assigns and escalates tickets assigned to customer base.
•Maintains equipment inventory.
•Performs routine and ongoing hardware and software maintenance.
•Communicates solutions to customers.
•Supervises and trains assigned Student Assistants.
•Recommends preventive measures and respond to incidents.

Minimum Education Required

Bachelor’s Degree
