Job Summary:
Assists physicians and staff in the delivery of patient care as directedfollowing established methods, procedures and standards. Under minimumsupervision, utilizes a systematic approach to patient care incorporating thefollowing: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Mayoccasionally be requested to float to other Family Medicine clinics to assistin covering patient load.

Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and assist patients, both adults and children, observepatients visually, and communicate verbally. Ability to stand, bend stretch,stoop, kneel, balance, crouch, walk and run with or without reasonableaccommodations.

Education & Experience

Position Qualifications:

Required:
-Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required in the state of OK.
-Current CPR certification required.
-Valid Driver License required.

Skills, Proficiencies and Knowledge:
Skill in delivery of patient care and procedures; medicationadministration, triage experience, direct patient care. Knowledge of medicalterminology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computerliteracy required. Ability to learn new processes, tools, and equipment asrequired.
