The Institute for Educational Initiatives at the University of Notre Dame invites applications for Director of the Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program, which is a signature initiative of Notre Dame's Alliance for Catholic Education ( The Remick Leadership Program is a 25-month graduate program delivered over three summers and two academic years wherein students earn a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership and eligibility for a K-12 administrators license. The Remick Leadership program prepares transformational leaders of Catholic schools who build strong, positive intentional Catholic school culture, apply executive management skills to direct school operations, and increase academic achievement through data-informed, mission-driven instructional leadership. The director of the Remick Leadership Program is appointed to the regular Teaching Faculty of the University of Notre Dame at a rank commensurate with experience. The position will begin July 1, 2020 (with a June 1st possible start date).

Strong candidates will have a terminal degree in a relevant field and demonstrated excellence in core areas such as teacher and leader formation, educational administration or scholarship. Previous experience as a school leader is strongly preferred.
