We aim to create compelling lead and customer journeys through captivating brand stories. As a Digital Marketing Hubspot Architect and Analyst, you are passionate about planning and building digital solutions that attract, engage, and delight our audiences in a data-driven approach.
You thrive working on complex projects in a fun, fast-paced environment. You work closely with our internal stakeholders and the marketing team to concept, architect, and build brand marketing, recruitment, and giving campaigns, and customer relationship workflows in multi-channel delivery streams. You help ensure our data is being captured accurately and leveraged adequately. You are a detail oriented problem solver who looks under the hood to analyse, inform, and make recommendations from lessons learned.
You keep up with best practices, maintaining knowledge of the latest tactics and technologies in addition to our audiences and the competitive landscape. Advanced knowledge of Hubspot Enterprise, CRM management, key advertising principles, lead generation, workflow automations, AB testing, nurture campaigns, and reporting expertise are essential to this role.
Assist the Marketing Director and team by collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels of the company to deliver best-in-class digital campaigns, sales enablement, and process solutions including but not limited to:
Admissions and Recruitment teams to drive enrollment enquiries
Institutional Advancement to maximize event attendance and giving programs
President’s Office to expand brand positioning and name recognition
Health Center to attract new patients
Rugby to amplify our having number one team in the nation
Life West Magazine to drive subscriptions
Audience-based repermissioning, lead generation, lead nurturing
Help lead a data-integrity committee to influence best practices and processes to maintain quality contact information across all departments
Collect and document stakeholder business requirements
Build and maintain dynamic lists, audiences, and personas
Support the campaign lead to concept, plan, collaborate, and build innovative, multi-channel lead-generation and nurture campaigns that focus on awareness, amplification, activation, conversion, and delighting our audiences leveraging Hubspot and some Wordpress
Support department’s adoption and use of Hubspot by conducting training and open office hours
Handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment, without sacrificing quality
Innovate, develop, test, and refine tactics based on research, insights, and best practices
Stay on top of industry trends and share them with the team
Learn the needs of the business and influence what we do
Track KPIs, ROI and provide insights and reporting based on lessons learned and deep data analysis
Track projects including time estimation, time spent, status updates, and all client communication in our project management system, Wrike

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION & TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
BFA or BA in Digital Marketing, Advertising or work-experience equivalent
At least 3-5 years architecting Hubspot and have expertise across all platform functions in Marketing, Sales, & Support
At least 5-10 years in a digital marketing role as the builder of multi-channel solutions
High technology acumen who lives to innovate the martech stack
Have the curiosity and creativity to test new ideas and passionate about innovating to improve business results and processes
Have an innate sense of human behavior and what attracts engagement
Have B2C experience
Proven track-record for getting results
Must have a sophisticated sense of layout and typography with an astute attention to detail
Have strong organizational skills
Strong work ethic who is a self-starter and works will independently
Have a customer-centric mindset to build positive relationships with our internal stakeholders as “clients”
Experience and understanding of HTML/CSS
Experience digital design for email, mobile, and web
App and Web UX/UI experience preferred
Knowledge and experience of WordPress
Agency experience a plus
Ad copy writing a major plus
Provide professional services with integrity

Maintain the knowledge and skill necessary to provide professional services competently

Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment.
Requires ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile and prepare work documents, set-up and maintain work files.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs., retrieving and placing materials on high shelves and on floor-level shelves; standing, walking, carrying, grasping, hearing, seeing, sitting, kneeling, climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and reaching.
Work performed in a general office environment.
