- Maintains and supports a service area in Learning Resources such as: circulation, interlibrary loan, serials, technical services and tutoring
- Provides information to users via social media, text/chat services, email or telephone
- Assists users in the use of academic software and other information resources
- Assists users with technical or computer related questions
- Delivers student educational workshops and other outreach activities to promote Learning Resources and services
- Secures pricing information and quotes from vendors for Learning Resources purchases
- Recommends and evaluates software/hardware applications for Learning Resources
- Executes special projects such as inventory and weeding
- Recommends college-wide procedures for Learning Resources functions and services
- Collects statistical data for college-wide Learning Resources reports
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Associates degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of library experience, or any combination of education and work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, departmental software applications and basic research methodology
- Knowledge and understanding of college organization: admission, academic regulations, programs of study, departmental regulations, goals and objectives, and College policies and procedures
