• Masters Degree in Wellness, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Physical Education or related field; or a Master's Degree and 18 graduate credits hours in Wellness, Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Physical Education related field.

• Possess excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community
• Must be able to work in a multi-ethnic/multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include morning, evening and/or weekend assignments
