Primary teaching responsibility will be in the masters level programs, with flexibility to teach across all programs. The teaching load is six courses per year. Expectation of previous scholarly activity, with continuation of scholarship on hire. Candidates should have a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment for a diverse student body.

Essential Functions

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

. Masters degree in nursing.
. Earned doctorate.
. Evidence of outstanding teaching or teaching potential is essential.
. Expectation of previous scholarly activity.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience teaching in baccalaureate and masters level nursing programs.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

Employee is subject to indoor work, protected from weather conditions. Work is sedentary in nature and involves exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently/constantly in order to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move object.
