This is a part-time, Adjunct Faculty position.
The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor seeks qualified Exercise and Sport Science adjunct faculty for the Fall 2020 semester.
Undergraduate teaching opportunity is available in Biomechanics of Human Movement. This course is the study of the basic principles of mechanics and human motion to provide students with an understanding of the internal and external forces that act on the body during movement. The role of muscle in generating force and controlling movement in the human body will be emphasized.
Please submit a resume or CV, cover letter of interest, and copies of transcripts with your online application. Please clearly indicate in your cover letter any specific days/times you may be available for teaching (i.e. morning classes, afternoon classes, evening classes, no preference).
REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in Biomechanics or closely related field. PhD preferred in Biomechanics. Previous teaching experience in higher education preferred .Must be an active, committed Christian.
Salaries:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
