The Department of Economics at William & Mary seeks applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant Professor level. Appointment will begin August 10, 2020. We are looking for well-qualified candidates who can teach upper-level courses in public economics at the undergraduate level. The teaching expectation is two courses per semester. All candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in both research and undergraduate teaching in a highly selective liberal arts environment.
Initial interviews, for only those selected candidates, will be conducted at the January 2020 AEA/ASSA annual meetings in San Diego, CA
Required QualificationsApplicants must hold a Ph.D. in Economics or a related field at the time of appointment (August 10, 2020).
Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in teaching at the undergraduate level is preferred.
