- Scanning documents for electronic employment files to include scanning, naming and indexing documents.
- Handles correspondence regarding employment verifications for both internal request and external agencies.
- Facilitates internal and external requests to review electronic employment records inaccordance with all Federal, State and University policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.Qualifications High School diploma/equivalency.
Ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information.
Ability to perform accurately in a detail oriented environment.
Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
Knowledge of applicable computer applications and basic computer functions.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.Anticipated Salary Range $12.00 per hourPay Plan This is an OPS/temporary Job.Schedule This is a part-time position working 25-30 hours per week.
