The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill Division of Speech and Hearing Science, Department of Allied Health Sciences, UNC School of Medicine invites applications for a full-time, fixed-term faculty appointment at the rank of Clinical Instructor. This faculty appointee will provide audiology services and clinical supervision at the UNC Hearing and Communication Center. The position will involve evaluation of hearing; hearing aid dispensing; hearing screening for pre-school and school-age children, tinnitus assessments, balance assessments and audiologic rehabilitation classes.

Educational Requirements

Doctoral degree (AuD) and eligibility for appointment at the rank of Clinical Instructor.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience:
Experience with hearing aid selection/fitting for adult populations and eligibility for NC licensure.

Preferred Experience:
Knowledge/skill in vestibular assessment; fluent in Spanish.
