Staff Research Associate I


Under general supervision of PI or researcher, incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance of embryonic stem cell and inducible pluripotent stem cell lines. This will involve culturing and maintaining stocks of stem cell lines, differentiating cells into specific cell types and characterization of these cells. Characterization will include using in vitro molecular techniques and microscopy techniques to do immuno staining and isolation and analysis of nucleic acids and protein. Incumbent will manage the ordering of reagents, treating and feeding of stem cell lines in vitro, and organizing the physical components of the laboratory space.

Salary: Hourly $20.64
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
