Salary: $4842 - $9591 monthly
Under the general direction of the Lead Manager, Training & Development, the Office Manager manages all business operations for the Training and Development unit, including budget, facilities, scheduling, and program coordination. Responsible for the administration of the Learning Management System including course set-up and technical troubleshooting. Coordinate a variety of special training programs for campus in concert with training managers. Create complex quarterly master training schedules and coordinate rooms, catering, audio-visual, course materials, and evaluations. Oversee website design, training catalog, brochures, and newsletters. Prepare complex reports and analytics on a regular and ad-hoc basis for a variety of topics including enrollment, customer service, finances, and mandatory training completion statistics. The incumbent supervises the Training Assistant and student employees and provides strong leadership and direction.
