The Department of Physics and Astronomy of the University of Kentucky (UK) in Lexington, Kentucky invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor in experimental neutrino physics, specializing in the area of neutrinoless double beta-decay.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Physics and should have an established research record and a vigorous and sustainable research plan that has the potential to attract external funding. The successful candidate will also be expected to be an effective teacher in the undergraduate and graduate instructional programs of the Department of Physics and Astronomy.
