Clerical/receptionist responsibilities. Workshop registration, collecting and processing payment (cash/credit cards) for workshop registration, answer telephone calls and e-mails, greet visitors, distribute mail, schedule meetings, appointments and conference rooms. Perform data entry, gather data for use in reports and presentations and some social media.

Required Qualifications

Must be a current UNF student.
Applicable work experience. Customer service experience. Intermediate to proficient in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

Social media skills.
