Facilitates travel arrangements and creates/processes travel, reimbursement, and independent contractor paperwork. Conducts data entry into Concur travel system. Tracks and confirms instructional assignments along with lodging, flight, and other travel arrangements. Liaisons with lodging establishments to facilitate room blocks, reservations, and master billing arrangements. Coordinates and communicates activities and assignments with management, division coordinators, and grant personnel. Creates and maintains spreadsheets, workflow systems, and other tracking mechanisms. Facilitates agreements with various hotels to be on department’s preferred lodging list.Essential Duties Job Function
