Under the supervision of the NOVACARD Manager, the individual in this position will be responsible for providing technical resolution for the Colleges Copy & Print program.Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for providing 2nd tier of support for all Print devices technical and non-technical. Work with ITSS, Campus IT Specialists/Managers to configure and setup MFDs, printers and copiers, troubleshoot network, hardware and software problems that affect all areas of the Copy & Print system. Additional duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications
Some college with courses in Information technology or a combination of experience, education and/or training in computer hardware, software, and/or technical functions. Some experience providing customer service to managers, users, and/or clients. Valid and current driver’s license.Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree in Information technology or equivalent applicable experience or training. Some network experience. Demonstrated experience providing customer service to managers, users, and/or clients. Valid and current driver’s license.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Knowledge of multi-functional printing devices and the ability to analyze and diagnose routine and unusual MFD equipment problems is helpful. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical personnel. Valid and current driver’s license.
