Supporting the test facilitators/coordinators daily exam duties in the DRC which include:

*Producing daily testing schedule for students taking exams in the DRC.
*Maintaining the exam database.
*Managing the DRC Exams Email. This involves replying to professor emails, printing and processing incoming exams, transcribing exam instructions, and clarifying exam return information and the time given for the exam.
*Supporting the DRC part-time educational aides to ensure that testing procedures are followed correctly.
*Working as a scribe or exam reader as needed during high testing volume times.
*Working collaboratively with supervisors to inform of needs of students with disabilities.
*Monitoring exam room cameras through monitoring software on DRC computers.
*Assisting with administering, proctoring, and/or coordinating exams in times of higher need or when educational aides are not available.
*Arranging testing rooms with other units during heavy exam times (midterms and finals).

Other duties may include:

*Closing the DRC some evenings by ensuring that all tests are secured in the safe and DRC is secured.
*Answering phones in the DRC.
*Attending UNF campus events or community events as a representative of the DRC.
*Attending staff meetings in the DRC.

Required Qualifications

Cannot be a current UNF student.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Excel is preferred.
