The OIP/ES Student Programs Assistant will provide primary support for three pre-college programs: the Summer College for High School Students (SCHSS), the Summer Piano Institute (SPI) and the Ithaca Writers Institute (IWI), as well as general office support for OIP/ES.

Specific activities include, but may not be limited to:
Manage applications, admissions, and student records, as well as reporting activities.
Primary and secondary communication with applicants, parents, and sponsors via phone and email.
Summer program event preparation (preparation of check-in folders, other materials for distribution across campus and at event).
Summer Program event assistance (some weekends and evenings required, late June – mid July).
Office reception with front-line face-to-face, phone, and email communication for multiple on-campus and online programs.
Special projects as assigned.

An ability to take direction from multiple people, and also to work independently as needed
