    Sr. Analyst Business Solutions & Continuous Improvement

    St. Edward's University is seeking a Sr. Analyst Business Solutions & Continuous Improvement professional to join the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (OIRA) Assist in the development and ongoing assessment of university operations. The BSCI will provide leadership and management in direct support of critical initiatives, and serve as a collaborative partner to improve the university's approach to complex business problems. The role will work with managers to achieve measurable and beneficial impacts to the university operations and strategic priorities.

    For consideration, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three years of experience in managing portfolios of programs/products. Three years of experience, that involve introducing new technology as well as upgrading existing technology. Experience with Agile, Scrum techniques, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Higher Education, TQM, or similar methodologies. Experience facilitating workshops, holding daily stand-ups and performing other Project Management duties. Strong skills in Project Management, Program Management and Process Analysis, and Organizational Change. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar professional certification PMP certification, certification in Agile Methodologies (PMI-ACP or other industry standard certification) are preferred. Management Strong organization skills; proven ability to manage time and priorities, ability to manage complex projects and tasks with attention to detail; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate. Strong oral and written communications skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and senior management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). Must possess the ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
