The Research Professional II will assist in research procedures in Biosafety Level II+ (BSLII+) containment environment, perform tissue cultures, immunologic assays, flow cytometry, PCR, DNA cloning in expression vectors, analysis and purification of recombinant proteins.
This position requires processing of infectious agents under BSLII+ laboratory procedures. The individual will operate laboratory equipment and computers (word processing/graphing/data analysis and statistics).
