Detailed Description:The General Counsel will serve as the principal legal officer for the University, with overall responsibility for the vision and leadership of USD’s legal strategy. Reporting to the President, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the General Counsel will provide legal advice and counsel to the President, Board of Trustees and other members of the community on all significant matters affecting the University.
