Operations Assistant, Adult Enrollment Services

Position Summary:

The individual in this position processes applications. Verify eligibility requirements for programs. The individual in this position will professionally represent the university, AES and its programs by building relationships with students, staff and other departments through telephone and email communication.

Reporting Relationships:

Reports to Assistant Director to Operations

Education Requirements:

HS Diploma or Associates Degree in related field – Bachelors’ Degree Preferred

Minimum five years’ professional office experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Process applications received in the CRM.

2.Verify applications for completeness and qualification.

3.Complete daily task requests in the CRM.

4.Assist with checking faxes, criminal background checks and AES operations

5.Mail daily inquiry letters, deliver mail and process mail.

1.Superior communication skills.

2.Thorough knowledge of professional telephone etiquette.

3.Good computer skills with working experience in word processing, spreadsheet applications, email, Internet based programs, and data entry.

4.Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from initiation to completion while dealing with multiple interruptions.
