2. Manages multiple mailing lists. Sends procedural and informational messages to VCT constituents. Provides information on VCT through email, phone, and in-person.
3. Serves as liaison between VCT office and Austin Community College Business office. Prepares requisitions and Payment of Provider forms for services, supplies, and equipment. Manages payment of VCT and TxQMC expenses. Tracks VCT and TxQMC budgets and facilitates other necessary transactions.

Four years of related work experience may substitute for this education requirement.
