Description:

The Division of Endocrinology, Department of Pediatrics, and University of Washington are recruiting 2 full-time academic clinical pediatric endocrinologists at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor, without tenure (rank is commensurate with qualifications and experience) on the Clinician Educator track. Position is a 12 month service period. Anticipated start date is Spring 2020.

The individual will join a well-established Division of 17 faculty members. The successful candidate will have a clinical focus and participate in clinics in the Seattle area and occasionally in regional clinics. Research opportunities also exist within the Division and through institutional collaborations. The Division has an outstanding fellowship program.

All University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service.

Qualifications:

Applicants should have a MD/DO (or foreign equivalent) and be a board certified/eligible pediatric endocrinologist.

In order to be eligible for University sponsorship for an H-1B visa, graduates of foreign (non-U.S.) medical schools must show successful completion of all three steps of the U.S. Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE), or equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
