DescriptionReporting to the Senior Associate Director Undergraduate Professional Development, the incumbent plays a critical role in creating/developing/delivering career and job-related programming for BBA students.  This includes designing and delivering workshops, designing curriculum/teaching multiple sections of the Center’s Professional Development Strategies course, planning career-related events, as well as providing one-on-one coaching to prepare BBA students for internship and permanent job placement opportunities.
The Assistant Director, Undergraduate Professional Development assists in the development of new programs and career/professional development-related activities.  They deliver and coordinate live career strategies and competency workshops for students (resume development, interviewing, job search strategies, etc.) and assist with assessment of CSPD workshops/seminars.  The incumbent assists with development of the web-based/digital content of career-related tools/resources for students and utilizes relevant technology tools (e.g., Handshake, First Research, Hoovers, Big Interview, etc.).  
The Assistant Director works with the Corporate Relations team promoting corporate presentations, recruitment/executive speaker events and works with CSPD Director of Alumni Career/Professional Development and Fox Alumni Association regarding career-related programming as appropriate.  Assists/supports student recruitment activities as necessary.  Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and at least three years related experience in human resources (staffing/recruiting), college/university relations, career services or customer relations that includes behavioral event interviewing in a service, business or student environment.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Required Skills & Abilities:•Demonstrated ability to prepare/deliver professional level presentations, along with strong/clear communication and program development skills•Excellent time management, prioritization and efficiency skills•Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of students and staff•Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment•Strong analytical and organization skills•Demonstrated computer skills including MS Office; as well as experience with web-based products, applicant tracking systems and databases.•Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as necessary
Preferred:•Master's degree•Classroom teaching experience•Experience working with international students and work authorization policies •Industry experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on Staffing/Recruiting operations or management of College Relations programs.
